1. Only someone's primary character can win an item during the main-spec roll. An alt is considered the equivalent of an off-spec. The only exception to this is if an officer asks you to come as your alt instead of your main because your alt is needed for some reason.
2. You may roll for as many main-spec upgrades as you like in a raid, but after you have gotten one upgrade (for that specific saved instance), priority will be given to anyone who is also rolling main-spec and has earned fewer upgrades than you during that same saved instance.
3. You may pass on an item that you would have won, but the item will go to the next highest eligible roll (not to the person of your choice).
4. All off-spec rolls are considered equal, regardless of how many off-spec items you've won in that saved instance.
5. Tier items are considered no different than any other upgrades in regard to loot rolls.
6. Crafting patterns are free rolls, but you must be able to use the pattern at the time that you win it.
7. Regarding ToC trophies:
- Trophies are a free roll, but only if you have a minimum of 40 emblems of triumph at the time of the roll.
- Currently you may not win a second trophy until all other eligible people in the raid have won at least one trophy (lifetime, not for that saved instance only)
8. We prefer that each class roll on loot of their highest class. (Warrirors roll for plate, hunters for mail, druids for leather.) Only roll on your class's primary armor type on a main spec roll, and if you want to roll on another armor type then it can only be done in an offspec roll.
9. Bind on equip loot can be won in main spec rolls only. If no one rolls main spec for a bind on equip item, it will be sold on the auction house with the money going towards the guild bank.
